Why can't I sign in to the platform?

If you are having trouble logging in to the HUBX platform, please first ensure that you have the correct license and user agreement in place. If you're unsure about this, please speak to an account manager or email support@hubx.capital. 

If you are still. having trouble, please attempt to reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot your password?" button on the log-in page (as seen in the image below). You will then be guided through the process to reset your password.Screenshot 2021-08-03 at 15.31.36
