Our Mission

For over 6 years we have worked closely with and built technology used by leading stock exchanges (LSEG and Euronext). As private markets develop in complexity, we believe a new exchange is needed, better suited to the way these markets work. Less regulation, accessible pricing and respecting the privacy of our clients networks and transactions.

HUBX focuses on connectivity, leveraging anonymised data for advisors to surface the best investors across the exchange so they can close their deals quickly. We do not disintermediate the advisors, that we serve. We value and grow their trusted investor relationships, built up over time.

Private markets need a new exchange which is decentralised, allowing advisors to work alone as they wish, yet connected, so they can work on deals together when relevant.
